|Description:||Supports the daily operation of the payroll system; review all additions, deletions and changes in payroll information for accuracy. Recieves and reviews payroll records ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations; processes, calculates, and posts a variety of payroll actions including wage garnishments, benefits withholiding, payroll liability claims, overtime hours; prepares, balances and corrects payroll reports. Prepares bi-weekly payroll and all related payroll reports including tax deposits, and W-2's and other year-end reports. |
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communications skills. Ability to recognize discrepancies and takes appropriate corrective action. Computer literate in ADP, Windows, word processing and spreadsheets. Paychex experience is a plus.
